Stacy Pippin and Deke Willis
Stacy Pippin and Deke Willis founded Chipola Engineering Group in January 2014. They had worked with each other since 2004, and they decided it was time to create their own civil engineering firm. Initially, their goal was to just secure enough projects to cover the bills and continue to run the company. However, within just a few months, the small start-up firm was gaining larger opportunities than Stacy and Deke had ever imagined.
Jeremy Reese
Jeremy Reese joined the team in June 2014 to help manage the steadily increasing workload. In July 2015, additional staff was brought on board to manage the FDOT consulting division. Since our beginning, we have grown to 10 employees, and have completed, or are currently working on, over 50 commercial development projects in 18 different states. We are proud to have won the APAI (Asphalt Paving Association of Iowa) Quality Construction Award in 2017 for Heavy Industrial Parking Lot.
